I do love a beautiful, traditional red and green moment for holiday. There is just something so crisp about the color combination. While my home decor will always stay with the red and green theme, I do like to have some options when it comes to dressing. I teamed up with the Purple Tiger Boutique to bring you a few festive color combinations for holiday that are not red and green.

The holidays are the time to break out the glam. It’s festive and fun and even the simplest events can still be an occasion to dress up. It feels like red and green should be the go-to since they are the colors of the season but there are several color combinations that will work just as well if not better.
Teal

Teal is a beautiful cool jewel tone that is rich and can have a lot of depth. I think it is perfect for holiday because it works well with black, gold and bronze. Teal will stand out but not clash with traditional Christmas colors like red and green. It is also a great color for most people since it balances well against warm tones, and it is also the perfect blend of blue and green.
I paired The Purple Tiger Boutique Bubble Sleeve Top in Teal with the Disco Glitter Belles in Black. The pants pair so well with the top and the glitter shimmer just makes it even better. Important Detail… the glitter is woven into the pants, so it is not going to get all over your house.
Purple

Purple can be a tricky color to wear but it is a rich jewel tone with a lot of variety. This purple, I would say eggplant or dark violet, is perfect for holiday because of its gray undertones. Unlike purples with a lot of blue or red that can look college football team this purple looks great on most skin tones. It will also stand out in front of backdrops with green in them and you can always pair purple and red.
I paired the Plum Gorgeous sweater with the champagne skort. Also, this sweater is beyond soft and cozy. I absolutely love it dressed up but could easily wear it with leggings for a cozy evening too.
Champagne

When in doubt choose champagne! Silver and Gold are obvious choices when it comes to sparkle. But champagne is their less dramatic cousin. Champagne is going to be your sparkle neutral so to speak. It works with absolutely everything out there. I love it because it is less predictable than silver and gold and it gives you this hint of blush.
For this look I took the Champagne Campaign Skort and the Teal Bubble Sleeved Top. I also wore my multi-layer pearl necklace as the perfect accessory. Rather than putting the pearls outside my top I unbuttoned it a little more and had the pearls inside. Makes the top just a little sexier for a Christmas party or a date night.
Conclusion
I have said this a million times. Dressing stylishly is always abut wearing things that make you feel confident and beautiful. When we feel good what we are wearing we walk, talk and act more confident. Always wear what makes you feel good and not what anyone else thinks you should wear.
XO,
Tiffany
