Last year when I started blogging again my very first post was about Athleisure wear.  A year later and I still find myself rocking the gym clothes most days.  Right now I am in the gym 5 days a week and between drop off and pick up and running to the grocery I don’t have a lot of time to change clothes.

Not feeling like a sloppy mess when you wear gym clothes all day long can be hard but investing in good pieces definitely helps.  Having things that are a little elevated from regular workout clothes makes you feel a little more put together.  Also, layering and having a cover up option is helpful.
