Well I stayed on track with the meal plan all last week with the exception of one day… Monday. I forgot that I had meatballs in the fridge already and I didn’t want them to go to waste so we had meatballs for dinner. Other than that I stayed on the plan.
How awesome is it that I followed my own meal plan??? All the eye rolls to me.
So this week a lot of the same. I’m going to try to stay with my own schedule so I’m not just making these plans for y’all I am actually using them for the effort I put in.
Sunday: SAINTS DAY… Who Dat! Slow Cooker Carnitas. I am making these for the game so I know we will have leftovers for dinner.
Monday: One Pot Chicken and Rice Fajita Pepperjack Soup
Tuesday: Beef and Broccoli
Wednesday: Date Night! We eat out and the kids will have leftovers.
Thursday: Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken
Friday: Buffalo Chicken Wraps
Saturday: Jalapeno Cheddar Burgers
