Confession. I haven’t been doing so well with following my own meal plans lately. I have been doing a lot of making things on a whim which is not always good for us. As a family when we aren’t eating on a meal plan we generally start eating out a lot or eating things that aren’t ideal for our healthy lifestyle. When we do eat on a meal plan it’s just better for our family, from the fact that it is less stress for me and also we save money. So this week I am not doing anything fancy with the plan. Just sticking to the basics and doing some of my favorite meals.
Sunday: Grilled Salmon with Avocado Salsa
Monday: Chicken Shawarma we eat this over lettuce with tomatoes, feta cheese, red onions and hummus.
Tuesday: Balsamic Chicken and Roasted Veggies
Wednesday: Date Night! We eat out and the kids have leftovers.
Thursday: Eggroll in a bowl
Friday: Burrito Bowls
Saturday: Turkey Lettuce Wraps
