Health
I love these workoutlab workouts. They are easy to follow and a great targeted workout. This one is one of my new favorites because I am really focusing on my hamstrings and glutes recently.
Food and Drink
With Fall quickly approaching I have been looking for some soup recipes that would fit into my current healthy lifestyle. Soup seems like it would be a healthy choice but a lot of them are not so great. Pastas or potatoes are generally the base for a lot of them so I started looking for more recipes that were heavy on the protein or fat. These are three great recipes that I found.
Creamy Garlic Chicken Soup // Slow Cooker Chicken and Bacon Chowder // Cauliflower Chowder (Just like potato soup)
News
Everything is and should be focused on Houston, Texas and their surrounding areas currently. The issues are still on going and many have not even been able to get back into their homes to start the process of going through their lives. There is so much need but it’s important to make sure that its something that can be utilized immediately. In any disaster it always seems like the call for diapers is great and immediate. As a mom I can’t imagine adding the stress of having clean diapers for my baby on top of losing everything I had. They have set up an easy way to give. Check them out here.
