Menu for the Week of 9/3/17

Y’all it’s almost Labor Day…  Like where on earth has this year gone?  I am assuming most of you will be enjoying what is the last official weekend of summer so bbq and the pool will probably be in order.  Keeping things simple this week…

Sunday: One Pan Roasted Lemon Butter Garlic Shrimp and Asparagus
Monday: Garlic Lemon Butter Salmon Foil Packs with pineapple
Tuesday: Chicken Burrito Bowls
Wednesday: Slow Cooker Balsamic Beef
Thursday: Chicken Bacon Ranch Lettuce Wraps
Friday: Slow Cooker Creamy Tuscan Chicken (total splurge meal!  We would eat this over zoodles and I would make the alfredo from scratch)
Saturday: Go out to dinner
