Four things I am crushing on this week…
Health
Drinking enough water each day is a battle for me. Most days in order to be successful I have to place all of my water on the counter in the kitchen and I make the kids remind me about drinking it. If I haven’t had two liters by nap I’m never going to make it. But when I do drink all my water I am a better person and a better mom. I am less irritable and I just feel better in general. Dehydration is a big issue in how our bodies operate and our mood. This is a great article on dehydration and the importance of water and I love this graphic they did too.
News
My guilty please is watching the Real Housewives on Bravo. My favorite franchises are probably New York, Beverly Hills and OC but I will be honest with you and say that I pretty much watch them all. If you have been watching NYC than it probably does not come as a surprise that Luann and Tom announced their separation this week. There was a rumor that Bravo was going to reshoot the reunion but apparently that isn’t the case… see here. Looks like they have what they need already. Either way the reunion is going to be epic and I can’t wait to see it all unfold.
Family
School is officially starting for our family this week. I cannot believe that summer is over but I have to be honest that I am so ready to be back in our Fall routine. With school comes lunch making though and I have a love hate relationship with lunch making. I always do great the first few weeks and then I just fall off the wagon. I am trying really hard not to do that this year so I am planning ahead with some awesome but simple lunch ideas and also things I can make and use more than once in a week.
Food and Drink
We have been eating a ton of eggs lately while eating Keto. I love eggs and they are so easy to make plus packed with protein and healthy fats. These are a few of my favorite ways to eat them.
