Menu for the week of 7/30/17

It’s the last few days of July.  I really can’t believe how fast this summer has gone by!  I am really looking forward to getting school started just because there are so many exciting things happening in July but I am also sad that all of our fun and casual days are coming to an end.

The days are definitely getting hotter so I am using my oven as little as possible.  Plus we are back in Jujitsu and school will start soon so my crockpot is getting a workout.  Hope this helps you keep your house cool and your belly full…


Sunday: Citrus Grilled Shrimp with zoodles
Monday: Chicken Tortilla-Less Soup
Tuesday:  Chicken Cesar Wraps – use a rotisserie chicken or lettuce wraps to keep it low carb
Wednesday: Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps
Thursday: Grilled Chicken Salad with Strawberries
Friday: Slow cooker pork tacos with fresh tomato salsa
Saturday: Go out to eat!
