Hope you all are enjoying your summer! It is still going really well for us. I have manged to keep up with my meal planning, house cleaning and gym schedule all while bringing the boys to do lots of fun things.
So two weeks ago Big Daddy and I both started tracking our macros. Different goals. He to gain weight and me to lose weight. Macro tracking is the easiest way for two people to stay on track and achieve different health goals. I am eating more of a Ketogenic Diet and he is looking to put on muscle so more protein for him. My menus are always low carb and high protein so you likely won’t see too many changes.
