Menu for the week of 06/18

Well this is going to be short and sweet because our house has been hit by a stomach virus… again!  This is actually a repeat and one I did in March just to keep it simple.  Enjoy!

Sunday: Breakfast for dinner.  Keep it simple!  It’s been a long day!

Monday: Grilled Chicken and Blueberry Feta Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing

Tuesday: Zucchini Shrimp Scampi

Wednesday: Chicken Avocado Lime Soup

Thursday: Slow Cooker Korean Beef served over Cauliflower Rice

Friday: Grilled Balsamic Steak with Tomatoes and Arugula

Saturday: Off or Leftovers
