Half way through VBS week! Today and two more days to go. We are having a blast but the kids are so tired in the afternoons that I am glad I planned ahead and had some crock pot meals ready to go. Napping until 4:00 does not leave me a lot of time to cook.
This week I am just giving y’all dinner menus but if you want me to do breakfast and lunch again too just let me kow and I can add that to the weekly list.
Tuesday: Italian Pulled Pork Ragu (Slow Cooker or Insta Pot)
Wednesday: Salmon Baked in Foil
Thursday: Roasted Chicken and Veggies
Friday: Eggroll in a Bowl
Saturday: Go out to dinner!
